Intelligently understood, our feelings are an inner compass, moving us ever deeper in the direction of our own fulfillment.
During this weekend through dynamic movement-based exploration, working solo and with others, we will explore the foundations and practice of emotional intelligence.
You will become more familiar with how you relate to your emotions. We will explore where our feelings are fluid and where our feelings get stuck in unhelpful patterns. We will make time to listen to the song of our heart, inquire as to what may stand between us and our capacity to heed its call and of course we will dance to its powerful beat.
No experience necessary. All Welcome!
