If you are a certified Open Floor Teacher in New Zealand, or you are a teacher in training, you are eligible to be on our searchable Teacher Directory. However, your inclusion in our teacher directory is always at our sole discretion.

This offers you an additional online presence for you to show your profile, credentials, and market your classes and workshops.

The directory listing fee is currently $150 per year. It is our intention that after two years of registration the yearly fee will be reduced. The initial fee is to cover the costs of setting up and designing the website infrastructure.

This is listing fee is set up as a subscription payment via credit card entered in the form below. It will auto-renew once a year.

Your profile listing will continue to remain active until the subscription is cancelled. You are welcome to cancel this subscription and your listing at any time by simply sending us an email.

It is our intention that this directory will provide resources for teachers and students alike to connect with each other, and for teachers to market their profile, classes and events.

Your inclusion in this directory remains fully at our discretion at all times.

As Open Floor teachers, we expect you to abide by all relevant ethical codes and by all the applicable laws of New Zealand.

We may remove you from this directory if we deem that you have acted not in accordance with these ethical codes, privacy policies and laws, or there is the suggestion that you have not acted within accordance of these codes, privacy policies and laws.

We are not responsible nor liable for downtime of the website caused by third parties such as web hosts or causes outside of our control such as failure of internet infrastructure.

No re-assignment: Listings are non-transferable, individual to individual.

You agree not to upload or post objectionable language, content, or any expressions of hatred, racism or anti-religious remarks of any kind; abuse, defame, threaten, stalk or harass others; to introduce anything harmful or destructive (such as viruses, worms, Trojan horses, time bombs or bots).

You agree to fully indemnify us (Open Floor NZ) and hold us harmless against all loss, damage, cost or expense we may suffer or incur as a result of any breach of these Terms by you, or by the existence of your listing on this website.

You agree to make sure all information you supply to us is complete and accurate; and ensure that any username, password login or other secure access information to our website as we may supply to you, is kept strictly confidential at all times and is only used for the purposes it is provided for an in accordance with these Terms and our further instructions.

After submitting the registration form (and at the same time each year consecutively) you have a 30 days grace period to change your mind, after which there will be no refunds available.

You may remove your listing from this directory at any time by asking us via email: admin@openfloor.co.nz

Your listing remains active as long as Open Floor NZ is acting and this website is up, running and live. Should we need to close down this website we will endeavour to give you 30 days notice.

These Terms and Conditions may change in the future. Please check back regularly to make sure you are still in agreement and that you are abiding by these Terms.

You will be redirected to a confirmation page - this may take up to a minute or even more. If you are not redirected you may need to check the form for any form field errors and adjust accordingly, before re-submitting the form.
