OPEN FLOOR CLASSES
There are Open Floor classes throughout Aotearoa. These drop-in classes are open to everyone. No experience necessary.
Open Floor classes are renowned for their inclusive community: a range of ages, genders, physical abilities. Come as you are.
The flavour and content of each class is unique. Classes focus on the Open Floor principles and resources, and also draws on the individual knowledge and experience of the teacher. We encourage you to try different teachers in your area and around the country. If there are no classes near you some teachers also offer online classes.
